BOILER MANAGEMENT & CONTROL SYSTEMS

BoilerView is an integrated control software package for all types of boilers. It uses a Programmable Logic Controller to control the boiler and a Scada package for the visual interface with the operator.

BoilerView can be used with any make or model of boilers, including fully unattended systems.

The system features dashboard graphics of the boiler, fuel handling and water treatment systems,

and extensive alarms on all boiler faults, with four levels of severity that can be used to dial a phone, pager or mobile.

BoilerView combined with the A&E Opti-tune system has been designed to provide a user friendly process for the optimized combustion of wood waste fired boilers. The system provides a solution that is designed to control the fuel / air ratio to maximize the optimum combustion in the furnace at

all times. An oxygen sensing transmitter relays the residual oxygen content of the flue gases to a PLC.

Once the PLC receives the oxygen data it compares it to the oxygen set point provided by the operator and calculates the solution required to provide the fuel feed and force draft air flow fed into the furnace, reducing black smoke emission's and increasing furnace efficiency.
